Best Time with Goa Trip!!!!!!!!!

I had last visited Goa during Feb 2007. Goa is a wonderful place with lot of beaches, greenery, Alcohol etc..etc.. Last time when we went there, it became like a sight seeing trip. We were not stable at any place and were roaming all around Goa.
